What services does Neverest offer?

Neverest offers a wide range of customized professional development training for accountants and auditors in the areas of assurance, accounting and ethics, internal audit, communication and leadership skills. Our expert-led training courses are designed to improve performance and inspire engagement, enabling participants to apply improved skills and techniques immediately to their jobs.

We also provide consulting services to provide you and your team with the on-going support you need, when you need it.

What is the benefit of experiencing this training as an in-house offering for our whole team?

Although having an individual attend training on a per-seat basis can assist that individual improve their work performance, the motivation and focus of that individual often wanes as they return to their ‘regular’ work routines. By having the entire team experience the training together, you create momentum that helps each team member keep the training messages alive long after the session, and it empowers co-workers to continually encourage and recognize each other for improved performance.

How are Neverest Training courses delivered?

All of our courses are delivered as live, virtual training. Our clients find this model to be the most flexible and most cost effective as it eliminates the need for room rentals, food, and travel costs for the instructor and participants. It also allows teams across different locations to all experience the course at the same time, together.

Are these courses customized to my team and their specific needs?

Yes, we work with you prior to course delivery to understand the unique needs and roles of your team members.

Based on your input, we customize each course using our understanding of your team’s roles, responsibilities, and experience, as well as the common challenges and issues they face, to ensure training messages are focused, easy to understand, and relatable.

How do we ensure participants actually apply their learnings after the course is completed?

During the training we require each participant to develop a personalized action plan, committing to a minimum of three specific action items based on what they learned during the course. We encourage organizations to have participants share these action plans with their supervisors and incorporate these learnings into their performance development plan for increased visibility and accountability.
