As professionals working in public practice and/or client service, there are many ethical responsibilities to be aware of and adhere to. In how we interact with and represent our clients, our colleagues, our communities, and the profession as a whole, ethics matter.
This course reviews and highlights professional ethics requirements. More importantly, it provides participants with an opportunity to review a variety of illustrative scenarios to identify and discuss a professional’s ‘best practice’ course of action.

This course uses discussion and activities to highlight professional ethical requirements. More importantly, it provides participants with an opportunity to develop a decision-making model to approach ethical situations. This interactive session explores a professional’s approach and course of action when faced with an ethical dilemma.
